The MUPS Towers is a 25 floor complex. It is the tallest building in East and Central Africa out of Nairobi. The building is a landmark in Eldoret County. It represents the change in direction of the county towards a urban metropolitan city.

The project involved Site Investigation, Site re-measurement, design/design review, application to local authority for plan approval change of use from residential to offices.  Preparation of working drawings, tender documents, tender evaluation and award; arranging site monthly meetings, supervision of construction, certifying work done.Preparation of interim payment certificates.  Certificate of practical Completion; and certificate of make good defect.  Approval of variation and additional works drawings, as built drawings
